Companies that have engaged with data and what it shows have been more successful rather than fighting back against it. It takes a change in mindset to break with the ways of the past. For example, to believe that a machine does not need a visit right now, even when that goes against the routine schedules of the past.

Simon Black, our Managing Director, has recently been featured in Vending International where he was asked to share his thoughts on payment systems in vending. Here's what he had to say, "In 2009 a project to introduce contactless payment really caught my eye. It was in Istanbul, where the Bosphorus separates Europe and Asia. Back then, passengers on the ferry were already using contactless to pay directly at the gate — faster and easier than before. It continues to be a huge success today.

B&B Vending Signs on With Vendmanager

A family-run business since 1969, B&B Vending services businesses, schools, colleges, universities, pubs and cafes. The company recently got its first taste of Vendmanager upon acquisition of Crown Cup, a smaller vending company that had been using the software.
